ONR Modding is an independent modding website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to GIANTS Software GmbH unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the Website design, branding, text, graphics, and original ONR Modding-created files and content are the property of ONR Modding.

Trademarks, vehicle brands, company names, and logos appearing in mods or on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Redistribution and Re-Upload Limits

You may not sell, redistribute, republish, mirror, or re-upload ONR Modding files or content on other platforms without our explicit written permission.

• No re-uploading to third-party mod index networks or sharing sites.
• No packaging under alternative titles or authors.
• No hotlinking or direct download mirrors.
• No extracting, editing, reusing textures, models, or scripts from our files without authorization.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Website and all content are provided on an "AS IS" basis. ONR Modding does not warrant compatibility and is not liable for data loss or save game corruptions arising from installing mods. Users assume all compatibility risks.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
