1. Service Description & Independence

ONR Modding is an online platform that publishes information, reviews, and downloadable digital modifications ("mods") primarily designed for the Farming Simulator video game series.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: ONR Modding is an independent fan-made modding platform. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, sponsored, or officially connected in any way to GIANTS Software GmbH, Focus Entertainment, or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries, except as explicitly stated.

Any game names, vehicle brand names, manufacturer logos, trademarks, and registered trademarks appearing on the Website or inside modifications are the property of their respective owners. Their presence on our Website does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.

2. Mod Licensing and Usage Restrictions

When you download a mod from ONR Modding, you are not buying the mod. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the mod for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes inside the corresponding game.

To protect our creators, the community, and intellectual property, you must strictly comply with the following redistribution rules:

• No Commercial Use: You may not sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit any mods downloaded from this Website. Modding is strictly non-commercial in accordance with game developers' End User License Agreements (EULAs).
• No Re-uploading or Mirroring: You are strictly prohibited from re-uploading, mirroring, or republishing ONR Modding files, mods, or archives to other websites, forums, cloud storage platforms, or mod-index networks without our explicit prior written consent.
• No Hotlinking: You must not bypass our Website pages to link directly to mod download assets (hotlinking) from external platforms.
• No Unauthorized Alterations: You may not extract, modify, reuse, or redistribute parts of our mods (such as textures, 3D models, sounds, or scripts) to create derivative works or package them under alternative authors/titles without obtaining permission from the original author of the mod.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
