Redistribution Policy: You may not sell, redistribute, or republish these files on other platforms (including but not limited to third-party modding sites and file-sharing services) without explicit written permission. Unauthorized re-uploads will be subject to DMCA takedown notices.

2. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services, primarily the official Farming Simulator website (www.farming-simulator.com) where legitimate downloads of our mods are hosted (ModHub).

ONR Modding has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites. You acknowledge and agree that ONR Modding shall not be liable for any issues arising from your use of these external sites.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter" or "spam" or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ONR Modding, an ONR Modding employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; any errors or defects will be corrected; or the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

ONR Modding assumes no responsibility for issues arising from downloading our mods from unauthorized third-party websites.

In no event shall ONR Modding, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
