Farming Simulator 25 Free Content Update #7 and Patch 1.24 Now Available

Farming Simulator 25 has received Free Content Update #7, adding four new machines to the game along with a new brand making its debut in the series. The update arrives alongside Patch 1.24, which brings several fixes, visual improvements, and changes for modders.

Four New Machines, One New Brand

The free update introduces a mix of agricultural equipment, including the series debut of SOLÀ with two new additions: the Velox 300/12 planter and the AURA 2000 seed tank. Also joining the fleet are a new machine from Merlo and an additional vehicle from Skoda. The full lineup included in the update:

• Merlo – EW 25.5
• SOLÀ – Velox 300/12
• SOLÀ – AURA 2000
• Skoda – Fabia

All four additions are available to players at no additional cost.

Patch 1.24 Changelog

As with all major updates, players may notice some stuttering the first time they launch the game afterward, especially when using mods or custom graphics settings, since shaders need to recompile.

Changes & Improvements

• Fixed configurations not deducting money on multiplayer servers
• Improved rain effects while traveling at high speeds
• Improved raindrop effects on the vehicle shader

Modding

• Disabled the Lua loadstring function for security reasons
• Added a warning message for the Lua getUniqueUserId() function ahead of its removal in a future update

The patch also includes smaller changelogs for several add-ons: the Highlands Fishing Expansion (translation adjustments and fixes to the JCB Fastrac 4000 iCON grille mesh and cow barn straw plane position), the Straw Harvest Pack (new hall crane joystick bindings, straw and hay pellet support for feeding robots, and various bale-handling fixes), and the Pumps N' Hoses Pack (minor visual and functional adjustments, plus a fix for a bedding conflict with Straw Harvest).
